Windows are one of the most critical components of a buildings design, they can impact on the occupant’s health, comfort and well-being whilst also significantly impacting the energy use and aesthetics of a building. Kawneer Creates a New Classic With its Latest Window Launch
Heritage windows are even more significant, you must balance thermal performance and design consideration whilst also respecting existing building design and surrounding environmental conditions.
The new GT70S from Kawneer is a dual colour aluminium window that integrates heritage style steel aesthetics with energy efficiency, performance and durability.
The GT70S Slimline Renovation Window is an elegant aluminium solution designed to replicate the appearance of steel windows. Suitable for installation in new build or refurbishment projects, the GT70S window combines the optimum technical performance expected of today’s aluminium windows, with the fine sightline characteristics of original steel windows. The slender sightlines are enhanced further by optional bevelled designed feature caps adding a unique sculptured effect to the external surface of the building.
The slim sightlines and enhanced thermal performance make our market leading GT70S window the perfect choice for heritage buildings. Our innovative engineering means that we can offer a range of styles, performance options and specialist finishes — all to help you create the perfect unique window choice for your next project.
Alongside the unique aesthetics, the GT70S has been successfully PAS 24 tested, offering a high-level of security.
GT70S is an open-in window that can be used for composite and ribbon windows and offers a range of structural and coupling mullions and a glazing infill up to 64mm for greater design and performance variation.
Open in, side hung, and bottom hung window variations are all available.
