Roofing and cladding company Steadmans has launched Agri-steel™,
a highly durable nine part double-sided coated steel product
available in a range of colours and profiles. The product is
aimed specifically at agricultural buildings and other
similar aggressive environments requiring single skin
cladding applications. |

Agri-steel™ provides excellent
levels of resistance against chemicals found in agricultural
livestock housing environments. It is available in three
environmentally friendly colours - Slate Blue, Juniper Green
and Vandyke Brown - providing a cost effective alternative
to profiled fibre cement. |

Designed specifically for
uninsulated buildings, the product comprises an eight layer
protection system on a steel substrate. This includes a 35
micron outer protective coating to both sides of the
material which delivers excellent corrosion resistance. The
product is rolled in five trapezoidal or sinusoidal profiles
suitable for single skin roofing down to a 4° pitch, plus
sidewall applications. |

Agri-steel™ is manufactured in a
controlled environment to ensure consistent quality and is
guaranteed to give 15 years’ functional performance.
Providing buildings are well maintained and ventilated, Agri-steel™
sheets are unaffected by mould, fungi, mildew or vermin.
